Philippines confirms second MERS case

• The Philippines has confirmed a second case of the deadly MERS virus, in a man who showed symptoms after traveling to Dubai and Saudi Arabia last month.
• While isolated cases around Asia have cropped up in the past, South Korea has experienced the largest outbreak outside Saudi Arabia.
