- Nielsen (NYSE:NLSN) is launching a worldwide Nielsen Listening Platform, targeted at its service-oriented customers in areas like retail, telecom and financial services.
- Working along with partner ResponseTek, Nielsen's set the platform up as a comprehensive customer experience management offering that "brings together industry trends, consumer research and transaction-level insights," aimed at building loyalty when 68% of consumers are brand switchers.
- Earlier, the firm said it would launch its Digital Ad Ratings solution in seven markets across Asia and Latin America in the coming months, bringing the global total to 16 markets. The offering is available now in Singapore, Japan and Indonesia, with the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico set to join.
- In Nielsen's product, campaigns are tagged to enable metric collection, including impressions that are paired with demographic info.
