Whitney Tilson tells CNBC (video) he considers BP, which trades at a little over 6x expected 2012 EPS, a good value play. On the flip side, he's short Nokia (NOK), Research In Motion (RIMM), and First Solar (FSLR), arguing the companies' still-deteriorating fundamentals make them value traps. (previous)
