• NetScout (NASDAQ:NTCT) will take Tidewater's (NYSE:TDW) place in the S&P MidCap 400 following the July 24 close. Tidewater will take NetScout's spot in the S&P SmallCap 600.
• NetScout has risen to $40.99 AH. Its promotion comes shortly after the company closed its $2.3B acquisition of Danaher's telecom hardware/software ops. FQ1 results arrive on July 30.
