Marin names Cognizant exec its new CFO

• Catriona Fallon, formerly the chief of staff for the CFO at IT outsourcing giant Cognizant, has been named Marin Software's (NASDAQ:MRIN) new CFO, effective July 27.
• John Kaelle, Marin's last full-time CFO, departed in May. General counsel/corporate secretary Stephen E. Kim has been serving as interim CFO since.
