Ahead of the much-rumored launch of Google Drive (GOOG), Microsoft (MSFT) is introducing paid tiers for its SkyDrive cloud storage service, to go with the 25GB/year of capacity it provides for free. Microsoft's pricing significantly undercuts that of Dropbox, which now has over 50M users, though Dropbox still has a major edge in terms of third-party app/service support.
