Boston Beer founder hints at sale

• Boston Beer (SAM -1.4%) founder Jim Koch made a striking statement today in front of a Senate committee by saying he thinks he will be the last American owner of the company due to the high level of taxes it pays out.
• Koch says he's taken calls from investment bankers pitching a tax inversion move.
