Demandware (DWRE -2.9%), which went public in March, is selling off on underwriter coverage day. Goldman (Neutral) praises the developer of e-commerce site-building tools for having a differentiated offering and low churn, but is worried about its high valuation. Oppenheimer (Buy) likes Demandware's barriers to entry and strong revenue visibility, while Canaccord (Buy) sees "several rapid growth years ahead."
