The worst may be over for the bellwether Manhattan office market, a new report finds. Office space availability still rose to 13.4% from 12% in Q1, but the increase slowed significantly in the latter half of the quarter. Good news for landlords such as SL Green Realty (SLG), Vornado (VNO), Boston Properties (BXP) and Brookfield Properties (BPO).
