- Fixed-wireless connectivity firm Towerstream (OTCPK:TWER +2.3%) posted lower revenues in a Q2 report where its net loss widened slightly, to $8.9M, in line with expectations.
- In its fixed wireless operational results, the company said 47 buildings are lit with 100-MB On Net service (tripled in the first half compared to all of 2014) and ARPU increased to $772 from a year-ago $760 (up 2%).
- On Net customers added in the first half is 70% higher than all of 2014. Churn rate rose slightly, to 1.84% from a year-ago 1.71%.
- It says since quarter's end, it's executed contracts with a "leading carrier" to co-locate small cells on shared infrastructure, and an Internet-of-Things contract with a "global cellular connectivity company" including minimum purchasing commitments.
