May you live in interesting times, goes a Chinese proverb that seems more than a tad appropriate to the upcoming affairs of Wal-Mart's (WMT +0.3%) board. While the current board has five directors with direct tie-ins to the company (and possibly the scandal?) including CEO Mike Duke, other board members from Goldman Sachs, New Corp., and Green Mountain Coffee sit at the table well-versed in navigating around company turbulence.
