• Scorpio Tankers (NYSE:STNG) discloses it has purchased 1.716M shares at an average price of $10.48 per share in August as part of its $250M buyback program.
• The company has purchased a total of 1.986M shares at an average price of $10.42 per share which leaves it with a balance of $227.6M.
• Scorpio also announces it took delivery of two LR2 product tankers in August.
