Oxford Lane changes back distribution policy

• The company's quarterly distributions typically had their record and payment dates in the same relevant quarter. This was changed for the Q3 payout, with the record date staying within the quarter, but the payment date outside.
• Oxford (NASDAQ:OXLC) says it made this change to increase the efficiency of its portfolio investments by reducing the need to hold excess cash.
• Given the confusion this has caused company owners, the company will revert back to the previous policy of having the record and payment dates within the same quarter.
