TESSCO (TESS) raises its quarterly dividend to $0.18 from $0.15 and preannounces news that its tie to its largest customer (a "tier one wireless carrier" in a "low-margin third-party logistics relationship"; surely AT&T) will transition to an end through the middle quarters of fiscal 2013. The company now sees FY13 EPS of $1.80-$2.15, vs. expected $2.24. It reports FQ4 results after the close on May 2. Shares -2% AH.
