Highwoods Properties with two buys and a sell

• The deals will enhance the company's Best Business District (BBD) office focus, says Highwoods (NYSE:HIW).

• Acquired are Monarch Centre in the Buckhead area of Atlanta and SunTrust Financial Centre in the CBD of Tampa.
• Sold will be Country Club Plaza in Kansas City (just listed), with the proceeds to be used to pay down debt incurred with the two acquisitions. This sale is expected to take place by early Q1.
