Wells Fargo throws in the towel on RLJ Lodging

• RLJ Lodging Trust (RLJ -0.8%) is cut to Market Perform from Outperform at Wells Fargo after about a 22% decline in the stock price this year.
• Also downgraded in the lodging REIT sector is Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP -1.2%), which Wells cuts to Underperform from Market Perform. RHP is flat YTD, but down 17% from a mid-March peak.
