Madison Square Garden makes Coleman permanent CFO

• The Madison Square Garden Co. (MSG) has named Donna Coleman as its permanent CFO, and executive VP.
• Coleman has been the company's interim CFO since May. She helped guide the company through the recent split of its media assets into MSG Networks.
• She'll report to David O'Connor, who was made CEO in June. Prior to her role at MSG, she had been executive VP of corporate financial planning and control at Cablevision, another Dolan family property.
• Shares are up 0.9% after hours.
