Details on Oprah's Weight Watchers deal

• Oprah Winfrey purchased her stake in Weight Watchers International (NYSE:WTW) at $6.79 a share, according to the company's SEC filing.
• Winfrey can buy another 5% of the company at a fixed price of $6.97 a share. The legendary entertainer's shares are locked up for at least two years after which she can sell 15% of her stake in the third year and 30% in the fourth. Winfrey will have to wait five years to fully exit her position.
• Weight Watchers has skyrocketed 69.51% to $11.54 a share on confidence from investors that Winfrey's endorsement will revive the brand.
