HFF brokers Yonkers apartment sale

• Completed in 2003, Hudson Park South has 266 units and 15.5K square feet of office and retail space. Completed in 2008, Hudson Park North has 294 units and a free-standing parking garage. The property also includes a 0.23 acre land site with approvals for a 23-story, 213-unit apartment building. Groundbreaking for this development occurred last month.
