    Using inflated stock price to buy another company was a popular trick in the late 1990's ... can't believe many missed it yesterday when AMZN wanted to "cash in" on its inflated stock to buy Zappos ... these things typically mark the top of a cycle (at least intermediate term basis) ... reminds me of when Broadcast.com was sold to YHOO in 2000 ... made someone very rich!
