Gladstone Commercial inks two lease renewals

• The two leases had been set to expire next year.
• The first is a 12-year extension with Valspar Specialty Paints for all 125.7K square feet at NASDAQ:GOOD's industrial property in a large park in a Milwaukee suburb. In addition to the extension, the lease adds Valspar, the corporate parent, as a guarantor.
• The other is a five-year extension with John Bean Technologies for all 67.2K square feet at the company's property in a business park in Chalfont, PA.
