- The United Illuminating Company, a subsidiary of UIL Holdings (UIL), has sealed an agreement with the town of Woodbridge, CT to build a state-of-the-art microgrid - powered by FuelCell (NASDAQ:FCEL) - which will ensure that critical municipal facilities have reliable power.
