TE Connectivity nominates three new board members

• Terrence Curtin, who was named TE Connectivity's (NYSE:TEL) president in March as part of the company's succession planning, will stand for board election at the sensor/connector maker's March 2 annual meeting.
• Also nominated: John Davidson, a CPA who has served as an exec at Dell, Tyco, and Kodak, and Mark Trudeau, the CEO of specialty pharma product maker Mallinckrodt.
