Shares of Zagg (ZAGG) slump 7.1% lower as The Grumpy Old Accountants blog calls the company its first candidate for 2012's poster child of bad financial reporting. The two accounting professors don't pull any punches in their report, saying that the reported numbers give off so much smoke that management "may have blinded" both the auditors and investors.
