Firms are cutting healthcare costs and boosting productivity by offering workers free membership to health programs such as those of Weight Watchers (WTW), the FT reports. American Express (AXP) even employs a VP of US healthcare, and over a fifth of its 27,000 employees are enrolled. The report hasn't stopped from WTW's shares sinking 2.5%.
