Kellogg (K +0.3%) finds itself in the middle of an uproar over the use of genetically modified ingredients in its Kashi natural cereals. The episode started simply enough with the decision of a single organic grocer in Rhode Island to pull the brand, but after a picture of the empty shelf at the small store went viral the company was deluged with criticism. (Kellogg's response)

    What is the argument against "genetically modified ingredients"? Is it any less healthier than processed non-organic food?
