• Malone-company website operator Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings (LTRPA -3.2%, LTRPB -3.2%) has named Brian Wendling its new chief financial officer.
• He's replacing Christopher Shean, who resigned as of the new year, though not due to company disagreement.
• Wendling has been the company's controller.
