Fastenal makes Lisowski interim chief financial officer

• Fastenal (FAST +1.2%) says in a filing that Chief Accounting Officer Sheryl Lisowski is adding the role of interim chief financial officer, and will serve until the company can find a permanent CFO.
• Lisowski has been controller and CAO since October 2013. She joined the company in 1994.
• Also, director Hugh Miller has told the company that he won't stand for re-election when Fastenal holds its annual meeting on April 19.
