Tellabs (TLAB +2.7%) made new 52-week lows in early trading today, but ultimately bounced on news CFO Andrew Szafran bought 200K shares. Tellabs, which has been bleeding share in the optical networking market, fell two weeks ago after missing Q1 estimates.
