- Straight Path Communications (NYSEMKT:STRP) is up 7.8% this morning after an evening 13G filing from BlackRock shows a 5.3% stake.
- That's one of two filings in the past few days; Joseph Samberg filed an amended 13G showing a 7.2% stake in Class B common stock as well.
- The moves follow a number of increases from Lloyd Miller after a form 3 from him on Jan. 14.
- Since Miller's Jan. 14 filing, Straight Path shares have gained 55.5% -- though at $20.08, they're still well below 52-week highs of $50 hit before a pair of short theses sent the stock reeling in the fall.
