Cisco's weak quarter with no Y/Y growth in its video conferencing segment does not bode well for rival Polycom (PLCM -3.2%), Raymond James says, rating PLCM a Sell. The industry has declined rapidly from the 20%-30% Y/Y as recently as H1 2011, the firm says; difficulties are due to rapidly changing industry growth trends rather than market share losses.
