Concho Resources to join S&P 500; shares +5% AH

• Concho Resources (NYSE:CXO) +5.1% AH on news it will join the S&P 500, replacing Plum Creek Timber (NYSE:PCL) after the close of trading Feb. 19.
• Weyerhaeuser is acquiring PCL in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date.
