Partner Communications says union has declared labor dispute

• Partner Communications (NASDAQ:PTNR +1.3%), fresh off its new rebranding approach after separating from Orange, says its employees committee and Histadrut claimed a deadlock and declared a labor dispute today.
• That starts a 15-day timetable that could end in a strike or sanctions.
• The employees' representative committee and the union said they are at a deadlock in negotiating an initial collective employment agreement on Partner's terms and policies.
