    Didn't Avon outright reject this offer. I guess they're having second thoughts. Sadly, Avon's products aren't that good or unique. The Internet should replace brunt of their network marketing sooner or later. First it is more convenient and transparent. And second, you don't have to worry about the side pitches to try to buy extra and sell your friends stuff they don't need.

    consider all of those reps as microportals for the company, it's still a leveragable model, plus you have a dedicated consumer base in the reps as well.

     

    but I agree with Moon, they may be having secdond thoughts or are waiting on Rochmont's bid...
