- WTI crude is now up 3.7% to $33.34 per barrel. USO +2.45%. Hanging near flat for much of the day, the S&P 500 (SPY +0.7%) and Dow (DIA +0.9%) have moved nicely into the green, with the Nasdaq (QQQ +0.3%) lagging.
