- A Northern California federal court has thrown out a securities class-action suit against MobileIron (NASDAQ:MOBL) and some of its officers.
- The suit alleged MobileIron violated securities laws by issuing a false/misleading Q1 2015 forecast. Shares tumbled last April after MobileIron issued a Q1 warning and announced CFO Todd Ford is leaving.
