Wisconsin Energy (WEC -0.6%) dips after Wells Fargo downgrades the shares to Market Perform on valuation this morning. The firm notes that the stock still has an attractive 3% dividend yield and holds a strong financial position in a constructive regulatory environment, but at its current level these attribute are fairly priced into the shares. It keeps its price target range at $38-$39.
