AIG enters interesting JV

• The company is joining with Hamilton Insurance Group and Two Sigma Investments to develop and launch a technology-enabled, customer-centril insurance platform for the small to medium-sized enterprise market.
• Financial terms were not disclosed.
• The JV will combine Two Sigma's proprietary data science and tech platform, Hamilton's technology and underwriting expertise in the SME market, and AIG's SME capabilities and global presence.
