• Biocept (NASDAQ:BIOC) is down 22% premarket on increased volume in response to its announcement that it has priced its 5M-share public offering of common stock at $1 per share. Investors will also receive five-year warrants to purchase an aggregate of 3.5M additional shares at $1.30. Closing date is May 4.
• Net proceeds of ~$4.4M will fund working capital and general corporate purposes.
