Enterprise Financial Services names Eulich new chairman

• John Eulich has been named non-executive chairman at Enterprise Financial Services (NASDAQ:EFSC).
• James Murphy Jr. steps down from that role, though he's remaining on the board.
• Eulich joined the board in 2010. A prominent St. Louis investor, he recently sold his majority interest in ASPEQ Heating Group and is investing in small manufacturing companies mostly in the Midwest.
• Murphy, chairman of Murphy Co., has served on Enterprise's board since 2002.
