International Tower Hills Mines (THM -20.2%) says CEO James Komadina is resigning to spend more time with his family, and has begun a search for a replacement. The gold mining company also says it is reviewing its keystone Livengood Gold Project, including infrastructure and processing options and financing opportunities.
