Chevron's Nigeria facilities shut down by another terror attack

• Chevron's (CVX -0.5%) onshore activities in Nigeria's Niger Delta have been shut down by a terrorist attack at its Escravos terminal, Reuters reports.
• A group called the Niger Delta Avengers, which has told oil companies to leave the delta, says it blew up the facility's main electricity feed.
• Production from Escravos already is down by more than 40K bbl/day an attack on a CVX offshore facility earlier this month.
