TheStreet grabs USA Today's Callaway for CEO

• David Callaway, editor-in-chief of USA Today (NYSE:GCI), has been appointed chief executive of TheStreet (NASDAQ:TST).
• He will take over interim CEO Larry Kramer, who will step down and resume his position as non-executive chairman of the board.
• Both changes will be effective early July 2016.
