Aytu Bio to reverse split shares 1:12 on June 30

• In preparation for its planned uplisting to a national stock exchange, Aytu BioScience (NASDAQ:AYTU) will reverse split its common shares 1:12 effective after the close on Thursday, June 30. Post-split trading will commence on Friday, July 1.
