Ivanhoe Mines (IVN +5.5%) shares surge after reporting its Q1 loss narrowed to $0.11/share from a loss of $0.70 a year ago and a doubling of revenues to $40M. A planned name change shows IVN is now all about Oyu Tolgoi; construction of phase one of the Mongolian copper-gold project was 77.8% complete at the end of Q1 and 82.2% at the end of April.
