- Philippe Dauman kept up his rapid sell-off of millions of dollars worth of Viacom (VIA -1.4%, VIAB -1.5%) after the settlement that brought his exit from company leadership, unloading the rest of his stake over the past couple of days.
- According to an SEC filing, Dauman sold the remaining 749,281 shares of his Class B beneficial holdings: 270,497 shares on Friday, and 478,784 shares on Monday, for a total of just over $31M.
- Last week Dauman -- former CEO and soon to be ex-non-executive chairman -- sold more than $28M in shares in sales that took place daily.
- Dauman's also drawing millions of dollars in an exit package that could range close to $100M.
- VIAB is flat in after-hours trades.
