- Garrison replaces Andrew Schleimer; the move is effective Sept. 12. Schleimer will assist in transferring duties over the next 30 days.
- Garrison had previously served as CFO of NetSpend, which he helped guide to a public offering. He also served as CFO of Competitor Group and as financial controller at Dell Financial Services.
- Shares were on the move today alongside news of an upgrade from Ladenburg Thalmann, to Buy from Neutral.
- The analysts bumped their price target on APPS to $2.35 from $1.26, implying 69.1% upside from today's closing price.
