Reuters: B&G Foods in talks to acquite ACH Food

• B&G Foods (BGS -1.2%) is in discussions over a takeover of ACH Food Companies, sources tell Reuters.
• ACH is owned by Associated British Foods (OTCPK:ASBFF, OTCPK:ASBFY).
• A deal for the Mazoli oil brand owner is expected to fall in the $300M to $400M range.
• B&G is striking at a time when Associated British is under some cash pressure due to Brexit.
