Honda August Europe car registrations: +26%

• Honda (NYSE:HMC) car registrations +26.3% to 8,306 units in August, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers Association.
• Overall EU registrations +10.0% Y/Y to 819,126 units in August, led by strong growth in Italy and Spain. Registrations were up 8% in Germany and 3% in the U.K.
• Honda market share: 1.0% vs. 0.8% a year ago.
