- Cincinnati Bell (NYSE:CBB -2.3%) has priced an offering of $425M in debt.
- It's selling that amount in senior notes due 2024 at 7%. Cincinnati Bell intends to use proceeds along with cash on hand to buy all outstanding 8.375% notes due 2020.
- The offering is expected to close next Thursday.
